If you are visiting this site because you are following up on a suspicious email or even a virus attack that appears to come from us; please note, we did not send it, it is very easy to make an e-mail appear to come from someplace else.

  •  We do not send e-mail to strangers, nor in fact do we maintain an active mailing list. We only reply to messages sent to us.
  •  Many of these suspicious e-mail messages originate by a virus attacking a personal computer and copying names out of the computers inbox, thus you might see our name on an mail that did not originate with us.
  • We are currently getting many emails sent to us as undeliverable, but we never sent those emails. Research has shown that they originate in Bangkok, Thailand and our name is spoofed or falsified. They did not originate on any of our computers or servers nor were they sent via our email account.  As an additional precaution, we have changed all our passwords, as expected this has had no effect since these emails did not go through our accounts, they only appear to originate from us.
  •  Some e-mails contain viruses, a commonly quoted rule is to never open an attachment. This is even true if you recognize the sender, it may be spoofed.
