Most orders shipping to within NEW YORK STATE are subject to sales tax of 8.38%, individual items that sell for less than $110 are subject to a lower tax rate, in some cases 0.0%.  We are not able to collect sales tax on shipments out of N.Y. State.

We do not use cookies on our general web site, and only use them in the shopping cart process, to help you. If this concerns you, please feel free to phone us with your order toll-free, or visit our store, If you choose to visit, please print a copy of this page and we will give you cookies (the edible kind). The Google search box on our site seems to generate a cookie, you may decide to not use this part of our site.

We accept payment by major credit cards, including AMERICAN EXPRESS.

All internet purchases are refundable for 10 days. Please note, all goods must be new, as sold, with all labels and tags attached. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of a clear error. Wrong size shipments are exchangeable or refundable but we will not assume responsibility for shipping charges, upon request, however, we may adjust the shipping charges lower to ensure your happiness with our website.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours, often the  day of your order and especially so with telephone orders. Ground shipping charges are 3% with a  $6.95 minimum. Rates may vary for International shipments (about $30 for the first suit) and for APO/FPO (We try to charge the same as domestic, in gratitude to those that serve us). We  do not intend to make money on shipping and handling charges, we do not believe this should be a profit center.  Please phone us for rush orders, It may not be necessary to use AIR for surrounding states. We would, of course, advise you of extra freight charges.
